But on the contrary Christian criminals had been supported in attacking the Muslims; as a result, Emin Karalakis, Hasan and Ivraim Vourakis had been murdered and a lot of damages had been made into Muslim properties etc.

In the morning of the same day, in Myloi village, one hour from Rethymno, Christians murdered the 70 years old, Ali Houseinakis.
