Description
The eviction of Muslim families inside the town in order to settle refugees without previous requisition and the violent murders of Muslims just outside the town. To the head of the Revolutionary Committee and Minister of Internal Affairs and Justice.
Note
They warn that they unless measures are taken, they will have to leave the town for a safer place. It is noted that the request is also sent to the General Administrator and the General Army Commandor.
