Description
When the city of the Sitias Port had been created, a part of those lands had been given to the Christian community on the other part, which a vakif - property, together with the disputed lands, the mosque and other vakif lands had been restored.

The writer supports that All the above can be proved according to the testimonies of Moustafa Velaki, Temedan Haji Sminaki, Kenan Karapartalaki, Darvih Vrouvaki, Mehmet Tourkaki Demirjaki, ivrahim Dilaveraki and asks the recipient to invite them to court
