Description
Primarily includes correspondence between Everett Blake and Herman H. Kreider about the expropriation of the athletic field by military authorities and the intention of the "Tayare Cemiyeti" to buy or take the northwest corner of the property in Merzifon. The correspondence includes detailed information about the properties mentioned and discussions about administrative and legal procedures regarding deeds, powers of attorney, and "istimlak kanunu" and "itiraz" papers against istimlak kanunu.

Includes copies of "itiraz", map of property, copy of legal documents like court decision and "ilan".
