Abdurrahman Abed Beyin Lozan muahedenamesi imzalandığında yabancı memlekette olduğu bu yüzden Suriye tabiyetinde sayılamayacağı ve Lozanın ilgili maddelerinin uygulanmaması gerektiğine dair Hariciye Vekaletine yazılan dilekçe - A petition written to Foreign Ministry stating that Abdurrahman Abed Bey was in a foreign country when the Treaty of Lausanne was signed, therefore he could not be considered as a Syrian national and the relevant articles of Lausanne should not be applied.
