Mebrure Hanım'ın kardeşi Asaf Nef'in borcu sebebiyle alacaklı Refet Bey tarafından hapis olunması ve Mebrure Hanım'ın eşyalarının geri istemesi talebi ile Kadıköy Birinci Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi'ne yazdığı 21.04.1933 tarihli dilekçe. 1934-04-28 tarihinde Kadıköy Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi tarafından Refet Beye davetiye gönderilmiştir. Refet Bey'in vekili Avukat M. Esat Katiboğlu tarafından Kadıköy Sulh Birinci Hukuk Mahkemesi'ne gönderilen 03.05.1934 tarihli dilekçede ise davanın başka bir güne ertelenmesi istenmektedir. - The petition dated 21.04.1933 that Mebrure Hanım wrote to the First Civil Court of Peace in Kadıköy, mentioning that her brother Asaf Nef was imprisoned by the creditor Refet Bey due to his debt, and that Mebrure Hanım demanded her belongings back. An invitation was sent to Refet Bey by the Kadıköy First Civil Court of Peace on 1934-04-28. In the petition dated 03.05.1934 sent to Kadıköy First Civil Court of Peace by Refet Bey's proxy, Lawyer M. Esat Katiboğlu, it is requested to adjourn the case to another day.
