dc.note | Henry T Perry asks William Peet to repeat his address "Human or race Problem" given at the Annual Meeting (Sivas, 1910 Aug 19). He notes the "new regulations of property in regard to Karatepe. He ends the letter slightly discouraged saying the schools and highschools are "made of the educational commission" but the product of which seems not to be blessed for providing a ministry for the churches (Tokat, 1910 Nov 5). He also notes the differences in property claims (Sivas 1911 Apr 11): real-estate claims seem to expire after fifteen (15) years whereas those on Vacouf properties expire after thirty six (36). Mary E. H. Perry (Sivas, 1910 Nov 26) mentions the increasing cases of typhus fever in Sivas and the quarantine in Chamlubel (Çamlıbel, Turkey). | - |
